GoogleEarth 5 und TTQV4:
Mögliche Stolpersteine wären:
- Updaten von GE4 auf GE5 funktioniert nicht richtig, alles muß deinstalliert,
Registry gesäubert und GE5 neu installiert werden.
- möglicherweise muß (sprachabhängig) der Shortcut für das capturen von
Karten in TTQV, GE-Import Fenster, angepaßt werden. Er muß vermutlich
auf %s eingestellt werden. Was genau eingestellt werden muß sieht man,
wenn man sich in GE den Shortcut zum Menübefehl "Bild speichern" ansieht.
!!Achtung!!, die Buchstaben im Shortcut müssen klein geschrieben werden!
Zusatz 25.01.2010:
Unter Windows 7 (auch Win7-64) klappt das mit dem Karten aus GE importieren nur, wenn man
die Benutzerkontensteuerung(UAC) ausschaltet, dazu:
- geht man auf Systemsteuerung / System und Sicherheit / Einstellung der
Benutzerkontensteuerung ändern. Dann dort den Regler ganz nach
unten ziehen auf "nie benachrichtigen", "o.k.", Rechnner neu starten.
- weiterhin muß man in QV ein Verzeichnis für den Kartenexport erstellen/vorgeben,
den QV auch wirklich beschreiben kann, z. B. "c:\gearthtest\"
Achtung!!!: Micrososft empfiehlt nicht die UAC zu deaktivieren. Gleichwohl
würde ich es für relativ ungefährlich halten, die UAC temporär und nur
für diesen Zeitraum zu deaktivieren. Man sollte halt in dieser Zeit
vorsichtshalber keinerlei andere Aktivitäten im www ausführen.
Also, Nachmachen auf eigene Gefahr!
Zusatz, 14.07.2009:
Neue Versionen von GoogleEarth führen zu verschobenen oder lückenhaften
Kachel-Importen. Die einzige Möglichkeit das zu beheben ist bisher, auf
diese GE5 Version zurückzugehen:

Man sollte die vorherige (aktuellere) GE5 deinstallieren, die Registry von
allem GE Resten befreien und die oben genannte Version installieren.
Man muß auch aufpassen, daß im Rahmen des mit verschiedenen
GOOGLE Produkten installierten "Google Updaters" diese GE5 Version
nicht ungefragt und automatisch wieder aktualisiert wird, hierzu mehr Infos

Using GoogleEarth 5 with TTQV4:
Possible requirements:

Using Windows 7, importing maps from GEarth is only possibly, if you disable
"User Account Control" (UAC) in Win7, to do so:
- go to win7 Control center / system and security / modify user account
control/ . Drag the slider down to "never notify", "o.k.", restart your PC.
- you need to specify a path for the tile-export, where TTQV realy has
"write access" to, i. e. I created/used a folder like c:\gearthtest\ .
Attention!!!: Micrososft does not recommend to disable the UAC. However,
I personally" I consider this rather non dangerous, to disable UAC temporarily for
the short time you use to import GE tiles. But you should not perform any activities
during that time in internet.
Whatever you do, you do it at your own risk!
Addon 14.07.2009:
New versions of GEarth5 produce misaligned or partial exports only. The only solution
to solve this problem is using an older Version of GEarth5, uninstall your existing
Garth5 and instal this version:

It is recommended to uninstall previous version and clean up registry from all
reminders of your previous GEarth5 installation.
You should also watch out, that GEarth5 does not update itself automatically.
To the best of our knowledge one can do this by deleting the GEarth key "autoupdate"
in your Windows registry. The key may be located at,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google\Google Earth Plus\autoupdate
but this may change depending on GEarth.
