Base de donné Endommagée, erreur 3356

I know the text is in German only, but, maybe you can read it or
Google translate can help out:
"Gps Online Logs", andere QV-Datenbank beschädigt?

While these hints are quite important, the short version:
- do not store data in "gps-onlie logs,qu4", move them to an other
databbase as quick as possible. Due to the nature of the game,
this is the database that can become corrupted at first place.
- quit TTQV, zip your defective "GPS Online Log 1.qu4" and send
it to me by e-mail, I will see if I can repair it.
- Beside this, move this database to an other location, so you can
work with TTQV4 without these error messages.

i come back from a travel at Maroc and i use ttqv4.at the end i had the same error message like Lafontaine.at the beginning i had only one GPS Online Log.qu4. Now i have 4 GPS Online (1,2,3,4) Log.qu4.I move as you said upper the GPS Online Log.qu4 in a other Directory. The error messages disapair. Could you repair my GPS Online Log.qu4 ?
How can i send it to you if it is possible : Mail ?

write jockel an e-mail, describe your problem and include a link to this tread.
Jockels mail adress you can find in his signature.

An other possibility is, if you are a owner of microsoft access, try to load it in access and do a repair.
Make a backup of your data before you do anything else(i.e. copy your *.qu4 Files).
