I recently submitted a ticket. I cannot remember the route I took to do this.
How do I access the ticket?

The ticket related to registering software.
I needed to re-install QV6 and used qv6_setup with size 45.6441KB downloaded on 14 April 2012. During installation I receive the following error
"lic_Prepare 8192, this version of the license file is not supported C:\Users\Public\Documents\QV6_Data\_lic\lp_ttqv5b.lic"
Consequently I only have the freeware version which is insufficient for my needs and the demo period ended within a short time.
How do I register this product?
