Probleme mit Avast

    Hallo,
    ich wollte heute morgen das neue developper update einspielen. Dabei kam folgende Fehlermedlung:

    Danach brach das update ab und ich kann QV7 nicht mehr öffnen, es kommen immer weitere Fehlermedlungen. Deinstalliert habe ich das Programm schon einmal, vielleicht aber nicht komplett. Denn bei einer Neuinstallation des aktuellen setup kommt die obige Fehlermeldung wieder.


    Was kann ich tun?

    geht leider nicht, die Fehlermeldung kommt erneut. Ich hatte jedoch vor dem Neuinstallationsversuch das komplette Programmverzeichnis gelöscht und nicht nur dessen Inhalt.

    hast Du AVAST?
    Das macht nämlich gerade Probleme mit dem RBEditor und schiebt ihn in Quaratäne.
    Ist ein falscher Alarm.

    k.A. im Moment habe ich kein QV7 mehr drauf, da ich es deinstalliert habe und den Programmordner gelöscht habe. Die update-Datei habe ich nicht mehr.


    Neu installieren kann ich es nicht, da dann diese Fehlermeldung kommt.

    Falls ja, kann ich aber nicht weiterhelfen, weil ich AVAST nicht habe.


    Kannst Du AVAST dazu zwingen, die DLL zu akzeptieren?

    Ich finde diese Quarantäne-Funktion nicht, Vielleicht kann ich diese Datei von der Virensuche ausnehmen, wo wäre die denn normal?


    Scheinbar hat Avast keine Quarantäne-Funktion, sondern löscht solche Dateien einfach ...

    Avast scheint so alle möglichen Programme zu bekämpfen...
    Hab es selbst nicht, aber im Netz das hier gefunden:


    1.) Wenn du dir sicher bist, kannst du unter Echtzeitschutz > Verhaltensschutz > Erweiterte Einstellungen > Vertrauenswürdige Prozesse, das Programm hinzufügen.
    2.) Rechner neustarten
    3.) dann müsste Avast zumindest fragen, bevor der Prozess erneut geblockt wird.


    vllt. hilft das.

    Hallo Stefan,


    da kommt man nicht so einfach dran. Ich habe in Avast die "DeepScreen"-Funktion aktiviert und dort die DLL als Ausnahme eingetragen, danach ist die Installation durchgelaufen. Beim Start von QV "analysiert" Avast dann noch einmal die QV-EXE, findet aber nichts und startet sie dann normal. Avast war mal gut... :thumbdown:

    wenn ich Avast deaktiviere, lässt sich das Programm installieren, ebenfalls das update.


    Welchen Prozess sollte man denn von der Virensuche ausnehmen?

    Sobald ich Avast wieder aktiviere, beendet sich das programm von selbst und wieder Fehlermeldung.

    ich hatte das Problem gestern Abend auch. Zunächst habe ich die Datei bei AVAST wieder aus der Quaratäne geholt: Über AVAST Benutzeroberfläche/Verwaltung/ Virus Container. Dort kannst du per Rechten Mausklick auf die Datei rbEditor5.dll nochmal eine Prüfung lostreten, und die Datei wiederherstellen. Dann sollte auch QV wieder richtig laufen.

    ich habe die Avast free version, da finde ich diese Pfade leider nicht.


    Insbesondere finde ich keinen Virus - Container oder ähnliches.
