Licence retrieval

    We have Quo Vadis 7.3.0.6 installed on a laptop that needs rebuilding, unfortunately the original licence key information has been lost.
    Is there a way of retrieving the key from within the software or are you able to supply the key from our purchase information.

    Hello Mike,
    there are different ways to get what you need:
    1.)If you have an old running QV7, go to ?, Activation QuoVadis Software and maps, Manage, there you can see your licence Key. If you would like to transfere your licence to a new computer, don`t forget to deactivate your old licence.
    2.) Go to the lic-folder in your your userdata folder, normaly this should be C:\Users\Public\Documents\QV7_Data\_lic
    Open the text file, there you find all your licence data.
    3.) If you have done a quick backup by Quo Vadis before, you can go to your back up and take a look, there is also a textfile with all informations.
    4.) If all is lost, but you have your purchase infomation, you can go to http://www.quovadis-gps.de/Rep…manual-product-activation and order again your licence information.
