Purchased map not visible

    Hello, I just bought map mor_ign_250k_a1 which I downloaded and installed without problem. The map appears in Project Manager and is switched on. BUT I cannot see the map! The area of Morocco is blank. (If I switch on OpenStreetMap for example then I can see that map)

    I am using QVX mobile demo on a tablet with Android 15

    Hello Clive,

    i did not have owned the IGN Moroc, but the IGN Tunisia and testeted it with this map.

    This works completly fine.


    Please check the Project Manager if the map is set visible.

    Please check also, if you haven't load another rastermap. Just for testing propose i would close all other maps.


    Does this help? Is your Demolicense active?

    Hello Denis, thanks for your reply.

    Yes demo licence is active for another 4 days.

    In Project Manager the map name is shown and active, but there is no actual map on the left hand side.

    I have tried deleting all other maps, but still Morocco not visible.

    I have downloaded and installed the whole map again - it's in Project Manager but it's still not visible. (I notice that this second download is called mor_ign_250k_a5, the first one I downloaded was mor_ign_250k_a1)

    What can I do? I have spent 70 euros, and I do not want to spend 15 euros more to register QVXM if it does not work.
