    Right now i also try a scanned map i used some years ago with TTQV4 > pathaway > garmin ique 3600.


    If i make the export, everything work......


    maybe are the maps buyed from reise know how ?????

    Hallo jockel


    i had a TTQV 4 Power User but i'm trying the new Touratech-QV 5.0.5.28 in demo mode.


    for exporting i use this setting :


    on step 1


    Destination : PAthaway
    Colors : Format24bppRgp (but i have also tried with the other 2 choose)
    I put the ID of my iphone (i belive is the name i see when i connect it with itunes)


    on step 2


    i select a little part of the map
    i had a zoomm of 1000.000 (1 page 3730*2830)


    on step 3


    i left everything uncheked


    on step 4


    Done



    i used some maps (italy, iran, kazakistan) bought by reise know how in TTQV format

    Hallo there


    i try to import some map from TTQV 5 to pathaway for iphone, but after i import the map, i can't see that anyware.


    i try different map size, from big to small, but after i import it from data > import i cant see the map in data > map..


    during the import i do not recive any errors...


    can somebody help me ?

  • TTQV & Digicom USB wave gprs

    I had version 4.0.102 Power user and this mornig i upgrade to the last version.... 102b.


    After i do the upgrade the error message is change...


    This was the old error message with 4.0.102

    If i can't use my gsm modem, can you suggest som other modem to use.


    In the spec of Digicom i see thet it use AT command


    "Supporto comandi AT (GSM 07.07 e 07.05)"

    I use TTQV 4 , Power User.


    The modem work good with his own software.


    On the TTQV -> Multitraking -> GSM-Traking -> SMS-Configuration...


    I see the windows GSM-config, on drop down menus i select Digicom USB wave GPRS (my modem) and i select the Baud.


    Under the baud i have a button... open, and if i click on the button on the log windows appear


    >>RAW: , Phone number required



    But i can't understand what kind of number it want, and where i have tu put.


    I'm in Italy, and i work with a TIM sim.[/img]

  • TTQV & Digicom USB wave gprs

    Hallo to all,


    I have buyed a Digicom USB wave gprs modem to work with TTQV and microtracker.


    The gsm modem work fine with his software, i can send and recive sms and TTQV see it on the mutitraking menu.


    I try to work woth the modem, but when i try to do SMS-configuration... the program show me the error


    ">>RAW: , Phone number required".


    i cant undestand if i have to put some phone number somewhere on the configuration or the problem is something else.


    On Modem TTQV recognize "Digicom USB wave GPRS" and i have tried all the baud.


    Then i click on open, and tho program show me the >>RAW: , Phone number required ....


    Can somebody help me ???

  • GSM Modem to work with microtracker

    Hallo there


    I want to buy the microtracker.


    I understand then i need a gsm modem connect to my pc to work with TTQV 4, so, somebody can give me a list of GSM modem working good with TTQV 4? i don't want to buy a GSM modem and have problems.


    I belive somebody as already make a connction between TTQV 4 and GSM modem in order to work with microtracker.

    I try to install TTQV 4 on a linux machine (Fedora 8) and Wine


    I read the post on this forum about this kind of installation but it's not work for me...


    I also see thet the german description is longer and has some other information.. can somebody please translate the german or give me more information....

    hallo ... i will try with your suggestion ... in this time i have found some more information and the projection are similar to an polar-azymuthal equatorial (equidistance) ... sorry for traslation :grin:


    I try to calibrate like this , but i i make a comparison with google earth and i have 3-4 km shift to north ... but i presume it's ok whit this kind of maps .....


    it's a pity for the copyright ... :grin: because it's will be nice to have some good calibrated maps.....


    And there is some good shops for digital maps other than Touratech ?

    Hallo to all,


    I have scanned with an A0 color scanner some maps.


    One of it i need for my next travel is an IGN Turkey maps 1:750.000


    I want to use it with TTQV but i can't calibrate it ... :-(

    On the maps i have lat-lon but i cant see other data ... there is somebody who has already calibrate this kind of map ?


    There also some website where we can share this maps ?
