error!

i have updated my QV2 into QV2.5 few weeks ago and all was greate.
sudenly i can not open the program and i get the error:systemfehler &H80004005 (-2147467259).
any ideas?

Hello,

I have never seen an error as you describe.
Could you please do the following:
a) close TTQV
b) in your TTQV folder, there is a file by the name
"ttqv25b.ini", rename or delete it, restart TTQV ?

any changes ?

What you can try too is reinstall TTQV2.5 complete setup.
Either run the complete installation again right into the same folder as the current software location, or uninstall and then reinstall TTQV.
Do not froget to make a backup of your data. All data is included in files by the name *.qu2. Usually they reside at c:\program files\ttqv\qu2\

Did you install any new software shortly before the problem happenede ?
