look ahead

    Is it possible to set QV2.5 to look ahead so that you can see more of the map in the direction that you are traveling in.
    I had a problem switching on GPS online, (I had a map open in a different map table to the one that TTQV wanted to load to show the online marker, TTQV "locked up") have you come across this before.

    there is no look ahead at the moment, but we already considered this in the past as something possibly useful, it is "on the list".


    Locking in online mode: Would the status of "Automap" have allowed to switch to an other database ?


    What do you mean with "locking" exactly ?


    Is this repeatable for you ?


    What version of TTQV do you use ?

    I have tried to repeat this fault with the gps in simulator mode and cannot make it happen, so fault must have been a one off I think.
