Je viens de mettre à jour TTQV3 avec la dernière version disponible.
J'ai voulu ensuite décharger mon garmin 76 connecté au port com1 de ses traces et wpts dans TTQV et j'ai un message d'erreur 0 avec device non reconnu alors que le GPS fonctionne en gps online?
La connexion est donc ok en online mais il y a refus de connexion pour décharger le gps!
TTQV est sur garmin et port com1 et le gps sur garmin aussi...
Une idée?

Il faut mettre le GPS aux mode GARMIN/GARMIN, aussi, il faut mettre TTQV3
au mode Garmin/Garmin. Peut-être les deux sont mettez aux NMEA/NMEA.Ca marche maintenant ?

Je reprends le sujet après les vacances
J'ai donc réinstaller entièrement TTQV et j'ai refait un essai.
TTQV et le GPS garmin 76 sur garmin, liaison port com1 correctement configuré;
TTQV reconnait le gps en online et affiche la position du gps en simulation.
Quand je lance une décharge du gps dans ttqv, tracks et wpts, refus et code 0, gps non reconnu...
Je suis perplexe car cela marche en online et pas en decharge du gps???

Hi,
TTQV and the Garmin GPS must both be in Garmin/Garmin mode
to transfer waypoints....
Online mode also works if both devices are in NMEA mode. -

- can you use an other com-port for testing purposes
- did you restart your PC, close all softwware runnign in backgorund,
specially software like "Hotsync"... close whatever software is able to
make a serial connection, whether it is configured to do so or not. -

I used quovadis and after ttqv, all "versions"...
I don't understand why it's OK online and not OK for the wpts and tracks.

a) well, if it is 10 years old, maybe one wire is damaged or the plug has
a bad contact
b) you may have installed/running other com-port enabled software
that keeps TTQV from retrieving data. Please shut shut down everything
running in backgground that is not required.
c) maybe install the latest TTQV3 update, which now is 3.0.135!
d) do not have the GPS attached/running on your PC, while Win2k/XP
is started. Start PC, then connect the GPS.ZitatI don't understand why it's OK online and not OK for the wpts and tracks.
Yes, I also peferr, if soemthing breaks completely, this makes trouble
shooting easier. -

This does not matter, please shut it down while you try to download data,
also shut down all other resident software in system tray
while trying to connect.!Please make a screenshot of your entire screen as the message:
"tracks-records n'est pas supporté par cette version de GPS/logiciel
Garmin, No data in garmin" appears and send me the screenshot, service@ttqv.com !- Did you reset TTQV3 do defaults ?
- did you run "compress" on TTQV3 databases ?
- did you try using an other com-port ?
- maybe get hold of a USB serial converter to see, wheter transfer
works using such a device over USB ports ?
