Any automation area calculations?

  • I was un aware of 5.xx version being out.

Presently we use 4.0.12 power user for calculating area by tracing around garmin tracks displayed on the screen. Is there any chance of automating the area calculations? Say something where you could trace loosely around a group of tracks (like from mowing a lawn) and have the program automatically shrink to get the area that the tracks covered.
Also along the same idea a negetive area calculation that could expand in a untracked area within the track perimeter to show the area of a void within the track.

It would say us a great deal of tedious labour manually laying out the area perimeter around the edge of the tracks.

Looking forward to reading up on 5.0

There is no such feature in TTQV5 right now, which does not mean, that it will not happen
one day! As I have no idea how complicated it is to add something like that, maybe Tom
    can say something about that!
