installation ttqv5 and start

I purchase via nauticom ttqv5

Well i receive with the box 3 keys for touratech qv 5 standard for navteq viewer europa and for weltkarte 1:4mio

My windows is vista

I try to install the version deliver with the cd 5.0.5.1 and after the last one available on your website but same result when i start ttqv5 after installation the following message appear

I allready try to update servicepack and framemork but same result .

OK i will do it in a couple of minute

By the way i allso have an panasonic cf 19 with windows xp and it works after exactly following the update of pack service frame net and direct9 .

First install enter code and start without problem .

Now i will try your methode on my main computer

it don t work on my main computer but effectively my windows is not clear well i will first try to install an other version .

But now on my Cf19 I have an other problem when i want to receive data or send to my gps there is no problem at all but when i try to connect my gps on line he refuse and make me the message that i join in attachment .

After it crash ttqv5

If i try to enter in the patameter instead to let the autoconfiguration it give the same error without possibility to configure manually .

Now i am in egypt i work with google maps download via nonimapview satellite photo and transform in .cal .

I allso have ttqv3 and no problem with it

I use the last version download on your site

I start to be affraid and hope that after that the soft schould be stable cause i have to cross africa north to sourh and don't want to run after problem ...

How can I know what is wrong with your CF-19?
- not enough ressources to run TTQV5? Memory-Size? Harddrive free space? hard disk 160 GB free of any software inly windows xp 2 partition 1 for window and ttqv3 and ttqv5 1 for maps database

1 Gb RAM hard C:34 GB free hard d: 104 GB free
- is there an antivirus software running that might interfere with TTQV5? Which one do you use? no antivirus at all
- are any of your TTQV5 databases corrupted? database only download with nonimapview and convert in .cal with ozimapconverter334

TTQV5 work no problem

But when i try to work wirh gps on line same problem + one message more wich is exactly

the hardware references are sufficient!
- software, the recent servicepack for Windows XP is SP3 and there may be
.NET Updates included that are required. Our message is. "fully patched Windows XP"
and that means WinXP-SP3 including all updates, .NET2.0 SP1 (.NET3.51 SP) and
directX I am sure that i download ans execute servicepack and direct x9.0 is it enough

- an other possibility is, that the calibration of one of your maps is corrupted and
TTQV5 tries to open such a corrupted map when entering GPS-online Mode. For a first
try, have absolutely no maps included with your TTQV5 databases except the included
online Maps and try GPS online! When i start ttqv after installation i don't transfert the database from the the previous install
- an other possibility is, use a simple NMEA compatible (non Garmin) GPS mouse
just to find out if this makes a difference! I don't have

I download the new version of TTQV5

Same result means transfert between gps and CF19 no problem but when i try to have GPS on line it crash with same message

Yes i have on same computer ozy explorer last version and ttqv3 and both of them work very well .

Is it possble that by VPN connexion you take temporary contril of my computer and help me ?

Even i can not enter on the gps configuration page it crash immediately and when it do autoscan he scan com1 com 2 different speed and when arrived usb it crash

Something else when i try to cinnect via autoscan he first scan the com port means com 1;2;3.... with the different speed 4800 9600 ...

It crash after test all the com port . just when it start usb scan

When i try to enter in the gps parameter it crash immediately

till now i don't install any bonus even navtech
