Export to BMP

    I've recently upgraded to 2.51.11 When I try to print or Export a map to BMP file, I get an Evaluation Period Expired error ( even though the serial # is listed, the code is "OK", and Touratech QV and GND are listed as purchased modules. Any solutions?

    hi Steve,


    maybe an error occured during the update process - the most recent update is 2.51.13. I would download this update, try it again if it fixes the problem.
    If it doesn't help, please ask again.

    your licence number, does it have "-NV" at the end?

    Yes, it does have -NV at the end. Is there some other kind of licence? (Nothing that your local seller told me about, except for a licence required for GPS and Roadbook). As suggested, I installed 2.51.13. Same results.
